Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support our growing analytics needs. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, managing datasets, and working with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights.We welcome candidates with Power BI and SQL experience who are eager to learn QuickSight—prior QuickSight experience is helpful but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Amazon QuickSightTranslate business requirements into clear and useful visualizationsCreate, manage, and optimize datasets and data sourcesWrite and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboardsPartner with data engineers, analysts, and business users to refine metrics and KPIsDocument dashboards, datasets, and data definitions for long-term maintainabilitySupport users with basic troubleshooting and dashboard enhancements Qualifications: Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)Strong working knowledge of SQLUnderstanding of data concepts such as joins, aggregations, and basic data modelingAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersEagerness to learn Amazon QuickSight and cloud-based analytics toolsPreferred QualificationsExposure to Amazon QuickSight, AWS, or cloud data platformsBasic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts Additional Information: What you will learn ● Designing within a brand system and why consistency matters. ● Creating assets that communicate clearly and support performance. ● Working with real deadlines, feedback, and production workflows. ● Improving speed and quality at the same time.
