We're looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join our Kragujevac office. In this role, you'll provide direct technical assistance to users, resolve desktop and connectivity issues, and help maintain a reliable IT environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely support for end-user technical inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and applications
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory
- Work alongside IT team members to support daily operations
