As Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll design and deliver strategic content that informs employees, aligns teams, and amplifies our influence with clients. Your work will bridge internal engagement with external impact, using digital platforms, visual storytelling, and data-driven insights to keep messaging clear, consistent, and compelling.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute internal communication plans that support business goals, increase awareness, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Produce engaging content for email, intranet, video, and live events—tailored to diverse audiences with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and narrative strength.
- Design and refine client-facing materials including pitch decks, case studies, conference assets, and thought leadership visuals that reflect brand standards.
- Manage the structure and user experience of the intranet, ensuring content is easy to find, up to date, and centered on employee needs.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies—including generative media and Microsoft Copilot—to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation in content development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple, powerful stories using multimedia formats like motion graphics, interactive content, and micro-videos.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, internal communications, or brand engagement with a strong foundation in digital and multimedia content.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, advanced PowerPoint design, and tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
- Experience applying AI in content workflows, including prompt engineering and ethical use of generative image and video tools.
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to distill technical or complex topics into accessible, audience-focused narratives.
- Skills in accessibility standards and user-centered content design.
- Postgraduate certifications in communications, content design, or UX writing are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $79,000 – $109,000 USD. Additional components include an annual bonus based on performance, eligibility for an uncapped sales incentive plan where applicable, and the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount.
