As a Key Account Manager, you will lead the expansion of client partnerships within the cybersecurity domain. Your primary focus will be identifying high-potential prospects, cultivating long-term relationships, and closing deals that align with both client needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to uncover and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop persuasive sales proposals and deliver tailored presentations
- Demonstrate product capabilities to decision-makers and technical stakeholders
- Nurture relationships with existing accounts while expanding into new segments
- Respond to client inquiries with customized solutions and timely follow-up
- Monitor industry developments and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements within approved parameters
- Track all client interactions and maintain up-to-date sales records
- Submit regular performance reports to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client success
- Share client feedback to guide product enhancements and service improvements
Qualifications
You must be a citizen of one of the 32 NATO member countries. A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is expected, or equivalent professional experience. Proven ability in sales and negotiation is essential, along with a collaborative mindset and fluency in both English and either Dutch or French.
Preference will be given to candidates with 3–7 years in sales, particularly in solution-based or value-driven environments.
