NobleAI is looking for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to build, maintain, and scale the core infrastructure supporting our VIP SaaS Platform, internal tools, and data deployments. You will work with a team of excellence-driven individuals focused on empowering engineers and researchers.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for data and ML workflows.
- Implement data storage and processing solutions using cloud technologies and cloud-agnostic deployments with Kubernetes.
- Own security controls and automation for SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance using RBAC and observability best practices.
- Configure CI/CD to automate the build, testing, and deployment of software across environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure and data pipelines, optimizing for performance and auto-scaling.
- Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and research scientists to support feature development.
- Articulate the cost, performance, and effort details of different implementation options.
- Understand technology trends and propose aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with peers and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Adapt communications for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years working in DevOps and Security for enterprise software applications.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 5+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- 3+ years of experience with databases and platforms (Postgres, Redshift, Athena, Snowflake).
- 3+ years of experience building data pipelines and features for analytics models.
