HighLevel is hiring a Lead Engineer to own the technical vision and execution for our Calendar Platform. You will be responsible for architecting and building a robust, scalable system that serves as a critical component of our product ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Calendar Platform.
- Architect scalable and reliable backend services and APIs.
- Make key technical decisions and establish long-term architectural direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive engineering best practices and improve code quality and system reliability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading the development of complex, high-scale platforms or services.
- Strong background in backend engineering with a deep understanding of system design.
- Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
