Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical architecture for scalable applications
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across engineering teams
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Mentor junior developers and support career growth within the team
- Drive incident resolution and improve system reliability
- Evaluate new technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption
- Own end-to-end delivery of key product features
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all systems
- Optimize development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Promote test-driven development and automated testing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience
- Proven experience leading engineering teams remotely
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
- Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns
- Demonstrated ability to debug and optimize complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Master's degree in a technical discipline

- Background in DevOps or platform engineering
