We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a team focused on shaping the future of audio discovery. By combining large language models with curated content, we create contextual stories that deepen listener engagement. You'll play a key role in developing systems that help users find what to play next in ways that feel intuitive and meaningful.
What You'll Do
- Design, test, and deploy LLM-driven storytelling features used by hundreds of millions of listeners
- Work closely with researchers, designers, data scientists, and product teams to build features that connect creators and audiences
- Develop scalable, end-to-end machine learning pipelines and bring prototypes into production
- Champion robust practices in model evaluation, testing, and system design across engineering teams
- Collaborate within a community of ML practitioners to advance the state of personalized audio experiences
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience solving complex, real-world problems with machine learning, especially in natural language processing and generative AI
- Strong track record of building and deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing tools such as Apache Beam or Spark and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
- Experience improving LLM outputs using feedback-driven techniques like DPO or reinforcement fine-tuning is a plus
- Ability to design modular, maintainable architectures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
