As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying advanced machine learning systems with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic architectures. Your work will center on creating scalable infrastructure, refining model evaluation processes, and ensuring reliable performance in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning systems that support end-to-end model development and deployment
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for Large Language Models, including those based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Assess model accuracy and reliability using tools such as RAGAS, DeepEval, or comparable platforms
- Support the development of cutting-edge GenAI and autonomous agent solutions
- Develop monitoring and observability systems to track model behavior in live environments
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align technical implementation with business goals
- Apply best practices in model version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud-based workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience using Python for machine learning and backend systems
- Proven background in building and managing ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Direct experience evaluating LLMs with frameworks like RAGAS or DeepEval
- Strong grasp of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for tracking ML model performance
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team setting
- Advanced English communication skills
