Drive retail media performance for a top-tier culinary brand by shaping and executing digital advertising strategies across key retail partners including Macy’s, Costco, and Kohl’s. This role is central to growing brand presence and sales through data-driven campaigns on retailer-owned media platforms.
Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage end-to-end retail media plans, from planning to optimization, across multiple retail.com ecosystems. Design full-funnel strategies incorporating onsite search, display placements, and offsite activation to influence consumer behavior at every stage. Align media spend with product launches, seasonal trends, and promotional calendars to maximize impact.
Performance & Analytics
Monitor key performance indicators such as return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, new customer acquisition, and traffic growth. Use insights from platform dashboards and analytics tools to refine campaigns in real time. Implement structured testing to uncover scalable opportunities and improve efficiency over time.
Budget & Partner Management
Oversee media budgets, including co-op fund allocation and monthly forecasting, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation. Serve as the main liaison with retail media teams and external agencies, leading business reviews and strategic planning sessions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, e-commerce, sales, and finance to align media efforts with broader business goals.
Technology & Integration
Leverage retail media platforms such as Pacvue, Criteo, Skai, and CommerceIQ to execute campaigns and extract actionable insights. Support omnichannel measurement initiatives by connecting retail media performance to overall brand contribution. Share best practices and emerging trends across the organization to strengthen media capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years in retail media, performance marketing, or e-commerce advertising
- Proven experience managing campaigns on retail media networks
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into decisions
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred background includes CPG, consumer electronics, beauty, or omnichannel retail. Familiarity with tools like Pacvue, Skai, or CommerceIQ is a plus, as is knowledge of co-op funding and joint business planning. Candidates should thrive in fast-moving environments and be comfortable adapting strategies based on performance and market shifts.
Work Environment
This hybrid position is based in Stamford, CT, with a requirement to be in the office four times per month.
