- Work closely with international colleagues to define technical direction, choose appropriate technologies, and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Lead code reviews to uphold high standards, promote best practices, and ensure maintainable, well-structured codebases.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Support community engagement initiatives that strengthen our presence and reputation in Spain.
What We’re Looking For
- Residency in Spain or a confirmed relocation date, with legal authorization to work in the country by the start date.
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- A degree or certification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2/C1 level or higher).
- Proven experience with one or more of: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Haskell, GraphQL, Node.js, or PHP.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows, testing practices, and Generative AI in development contexts.
- Strong grasp of modular design and SOLID principles.
- Willingness to attend in-person coworking sessions—monthly if based in Madrid, quarterly for others, with travel costs covered.
