SupportYourApp was looking for a (native Dutch) Customer Support Consultant, crypto (Poland, remote)

SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant fluent in native Dutch to provide support for clients in the crypto, trading, and blockchain sectors. In this remote role based in Poland, you will be the frontline for customer inquiries, building lasting relationships and ensuring a secure, positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and email.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Meet team KPIs consistently.
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
  • Apply effective customer happiness practices.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services.
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Dutch communication skills.
  • English B2 communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto, trading, or blockchain is a must.
  • Experience providing support via live chats.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
