Lead the delivery of complex data centre technical fit-out initiatives at a large-scale campus in Chon Buri, Thailand, with full accountability for network infrastructure, cabling, and extra low voltage (ELV) systems. This role requires end-to-end project oversight, from initial planning and procurement to commissioning and handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional project leads and engineering teams to support deployment of data centre projects in Taiwan and Thailand
- Serve as the primary local technical contact, bridging internal stakeholders, contractors, and engineering units
- Drive planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out activities, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and safety standards
- Manage procurement and logistics for owner-supplied materials, including network hardware and cabling components
- Lead regular coordination meetings with general contractors, architects, and telecom vendors
- Conduct site inspections, track deliverables, and oversee punch list resolution to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor project milestones and report progress from initiation through operational handover
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols across all phases
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in technical project management within data centre or critical facilities environments
- Proven expertise in network infrastructure, cabling systems, and ELV project delivery
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, construction methods, and commissioning workflows
- Fluency in both English and Thai required for cross-team collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with precision and accountability
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and team integration
Work Environment
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with flexibility for remote work arrangements as needed. The role may require periodic site visits to the data centre campus in Chon Buri.
