Join a critical team focused on securing digital access through advanced identity solutions. In this remote role, you will play a central part in implementing and maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across a broad application landscape. Your expertise will ensure seamless and secure user authentication while supporting compliance with enterprise security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical engineering support for SSO platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, and emerging technologies such as EntraID.
- Partner with application and infrastructure teams to integrate enterprise systems with identity services.
- Diagnose and resolve user access issues tied to SSO configurations and authentication flows.
- Produce clear technical documentation, process workflows, and test procedures to support deployment and audit readiness.
- Support incident response and production environments during critical events.
- Identify potential risks in current implementations and recommend secure, scalable solutions.
- Follow established protocols to meet regulatory, industry, and internal security requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a solid foundation in identity management and authentication protocols. A university degree or equivalent experience is expected, along with a minimum of five years of relevant work history—or three years with an advanced degree.
- Proven experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and WS-Fed standards.
- At least three years focused on PingFederate and PingAccess integration projects.
- History of deploying SSO solutions in large, complex IT environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with EntraID, OKTA, SiteMinder, ADFS, Azure federation, LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, and Linux environments.
- Experience writing scripts or working with OGNL expressions.
- Excellent organizational planning and adaptability in fast-evolving technical settings.
