Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of ecommerce initiatives
- Represent ecommerce technology interests on a cross-functional leadership committee
- Drive performance improvements across website experience, merchandising effectiveness, and system reliability
- Orchestrate alignment between development, product, and business teams to ensure efficient execution
- Provide hands-on operational leadership for platform-level product efforts
