As the Principal Enterprise AI & Platform Architect, you will shape the future of how AI is embedded across enterprise systems in a way that is responsible, scalable, and tightly aligned with business value. You will define the architectural vision for AI integration across customer-facing and internal platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP, and core financial and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the target architecture for AI adoption across sales, service, finance, legal, and IT operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
- Establish architectural principles and integration patterns that enable reuse, reduce duplication, and eliminate shadow AI deployments.
- Ensure AI implementations enhance decision quality, traceability, and control effectiveness while meeting security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-domain architectural consistency, particularly in regulated workflows such as contract management, financial controls, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with domain architects and business leaders to align AI use cases with measurable outcomes—improving sales productivity, case resolution, legal review cycles, and IT ticket automation.
- Develop governance frameworks for AI model lifecycle management, including pre-deployment review criteria and auditability standards.
- Quantify the operational impact of AI initiatives through cost, time, and quality metrics, ensuring economic and technical sustainability.
- Reduce platform redundancy by rationalizing tools and standardizing integrations across enterprise systems.
- Document architectural decisions, maintain reference models, and contribute to enterprise governance forums to enforce cross-functional standards.
- Partner with Legal, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure AI systems uphold ethical and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep familiarity in large-scale corporate systems.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP, and financial systems.
- Proven track record of integrating AI into operational workflows and defining governance models for AI deployment.
- Strong grasp of data architecture, integration patterns, and workflow automation across heterogeneous systems.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business domains and drive consensus on architectural direction.
