The Product Analyst III plays a key role in shaping digital store applications that support customer service and retail operations. Working within the Digital Store Applications Product Team, this individual ensures that technology solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable improvements in how services are requested, tracked, and fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories that guide development efforts
- Support agile processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
- Validate functionality through testing cycles and feedback sessions with stakeholders
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure timely delivery of digital capabilities
- Use analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Medallia to assess user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with service operations teams to refine end-to-end processes for repairs, custom orders, warranties, and appraisals
- Monitor KPIs and post-launch performance to guide future product iterations
- Engage in discovery workshops and requirement sessions with cross-functional partners
- Help maintain continuity of knowledge across projects and reduce delivery risks during high-activity periods
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 4–7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or agile project delivery. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience with data tools such as Adobe Analytics and Medallia.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams are essential. Experience delivering customer-focused digital products in fast-moving environments is expected.

- Familiarity with mobile-first design principles
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $105,000.
