What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of measuring how users interact with digital products, ensuring tracking is accurate and insights are meaningful. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to define KPIs, structure event data, and assess product performance.
You’ll design and review A/B tests with statistical integrity, helping teams understand what’s working and why. Your analysis will directly inform product priorities and roadmap decisions. You’ll also guide other analysts by promoting strong analytical practices and mentoring technical growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years in product, web, or growth analytics
- Experience with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Solid grasp of user funnels, behavioral tracking, and conversion metrics
- Proven ability to turn business questions into measurable analyses
- Comfort interpreting statistical results and explaining them clearly
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
Preferred Background
- Experience in gaming or enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with feature flagging and experimentation platforms
- Exposure to UX research or measurement techniques
- Background in regulated or large-scale data environments
