About the Role

The Product Lead - Insurance Experience at Alan owns the global insurance journey, ensuring members feel supported and confident during claims. You'll bring Alan's promise of 'taking care of you' to life by designing an anxiety-free, trustworthy experience across markets including France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Own the global insurance experience where Alan's promise of 'taking care of you' becomes reality
  • Turn member anxiety during claims into relief and trust through exceptional product design and execution
  • Define what the next level of insurance experience excellence looks like
  • Build scalable product foundations that work across multiple countries including France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada
  • Ensure Alan remains the reference standard for what insurance should feel like
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and operations teams to define and implement the right product
  • Partner and align with GMs, Sales, customer care, and insurance teams across the business
  • Go deep on user needs and translate insights into a high-impact product roadmap
  • Define product strategy and execute on it with cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of product-related experience (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy)
  • Proven track record handling products across multiple countries or markets
  • Excitement to deeply understand complex insurance rules and translate them into simple member experiences
  • Strong technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering and Data teams
  • Ability to understand what's feasible and what's hard in technical implementation
  • Experience managing complex migrations
  • Ability to influence without authority and rally distributed teams around a shared vision
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork, open and curious mindset, and bias toward action in ambiguous environments
  • Fluency in French and English
