Requirements
- Built automation using GitHub Actions, webhooks, and APIs to eliminate repetitive product/engineering workflows
- Worked with Slack APIs or similar to create bots, integrations, or workflow automations
- Used LLMs/AI tools in production workflows (Claude, GPT, etc.) - not just experimented, actually used to improve team efficiency
- Designed and implemented product processes at a startup or high-growth company
- Written scripts and lightweight tooling (Python, JavaScript, bash) - you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to build
- Shipped automation end-to-end - from identifying the problem to maintaining the solution in production
- Built dashboards or reports that informed product decisions (Metabase, Looker, Mode, or even Google Sheets)

- Location: Remote (all team members are remote but we meet regularly and you’re supported to travel to collaborate with colleagues in person)
