As a software engineer, you will develop an AI automation platform for nurses, building backend systems with Python and cloud technologies to improve care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to our AI Automation Platform for Nurses.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
- Work with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Collaborate with product, design, and seasoned ML teams to turn ideas into solutions.
- Implement thorough testing to ensure top-notch results.
- Balance fast-paced development with quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer and a strong drive to learn and grow.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them.
- Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Organized self-starter who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact.
- German language skills.
- Knowledge about nursing homes or the healthcare industry.
