Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their sports travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend accommodations, flights, transportation, and ticket packages
- Coordinate all trip logistics, including lodging, event tickets, and excursions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Provide timely updates and support to travelers before and during their trip
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings
- Basic computer skills (email, online booking systems, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Customer service experience preferred
- Interest in sports and travel is a plus
