Responsibilities
- Coordinate flight, hotel, and activity bookings for international and domestic trips
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone
- Customize travel plans based on client preferences and budgets
- Verify availability and pricing across multiple booking platforms
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications
- Assist with visa and documentation requirements for international travel
- Monitor travel advisories and update clients accordingly
- Troubleshoot booking issues and manage changes or cancellations
- Collaborate with partner vendors to secure preferred rates
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and safety standards
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents
- Follow up with clients post-booking to confirm satisfaction
- Stay updated on global travel trends and destination updates
- Escalate complex requests to senior team members when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
