Responsibilities

  • Establish trusting, individualized relationships with clients to address barriers to employment stability.
  • Conduct personalized assessments and provide tailored support and coordination.
  • Deliver thorough and ongoing case management with regular follow-up.
  • Lead orientation sessions for new clients entering the program.
  • Support the achievement of measurable outcomes and performance targets as defined by funding agreements.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, account managers, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Keep a well-organized client database with comprehensive records of all interactions.
  • Ensure participants adhere to activities specified in funding contracts.
  • Evaluate clients' work readiness and employment needs on an individual basis.
  • Connect clients with community or social services when appropriate.
  • Complete all enrollment documentation accurately and on time.
  • Record all client interactions and post-placement follow-ups in case notes according to contract requirements.
  • Develop strategies to resolve client attendance and participation issues.
  • Partner with workforce development teams to identify job openings, required qualifications, and relevant training programs.
  • Engage in professional development, training, and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Provide backup and support for team operations as needed.
  • Support client intake procedures at the service center.
  • Assist in maintaining operations that meet compliance standards.
  • Perform additional tasks reasonably related to job functions.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
