We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to help scale the go-to-market motion for a venture-backed fintech company. This is an early role on a small, high-impact sales team with significant growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts, primarily through cold email and written outreach.
  • Research and engage prospective customers with thoughtful, tailored messaging.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and outbound strategy as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in sales and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

You will join a small, high-impact sales team reporting to sales leadership. Our culture is financially disciplined and focused on building a durable, category-defining business.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 OTE (60% base / 40% variable).
  • Meaningful equity upside.
