ZenGRC was looking for a Sales Executive

Life360 is looking for a Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy and driving sustained revenue growth through high-value deals. This leader will navigate complex sales cycles, foster strong client relationships, and expertly handle objections.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly net new business targets.
  • Set the pace for high performance across the organization through accountability, precision in forecasting, and a focus on client acquisition.
  • Establish and maintain strong pipeline discipline to ensure predictable revenue performance.
  • Apply innovative, data-driven sales strategies that adapt to market trends and buyer behavior.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to accelerate deal cycles and optimize client onboarding.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and customer-centric selling.
  • Drive topline expansion by securing high-value, net new client partnerships within the company’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
  • Drive pipeline growth and lead generation through innovative, data-informed outreach and market intelligence.
  • Execute the full sales cycle with precision, ensuring strong conversion rates and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Embed a customer-centric mindset throughout the sales process, reinforcing a reputation for partnership, trust, and exceptional client experience.
  • Set the benchmark for excellence by achieving and surpassing quarterly performance targets.
  • Set the tone for a culture of excellence through strategic deal making, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate relentless determination in pursuing and closing strategic deals that drive measurable business impact.
  • Proactively refine skills and deepen expertise, consistently raising the bar for performance and professionalism.
  • Inspire peers through consistent excellence, domain mastery, and a commitment to both personal and team growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key brand stakeholders at the VP and C-Suite level.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure a seamless transition from deal close to account onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of success in consistently closing high value deals in a competitive sales environment.
  • High proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Comfortable utilizing sales enablement tools like Gong, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline prospecting and enhance conversion.
  • Experienced in using eCommerce analytics tools such as Shopify, Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and Statlas to assess client performance.
  • Working knowledge of key digital advertising platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Rightsignature or Google Workspace for proposal creation and deal execution.
  • Ability to independently generate leads, build relationships, and close deals without heavy reliance on inbound opportunities.
  • Skilled in executing structured outbound campaigns that blend personalized outreach, data analysis, and creative positioning.
  • Ability to articulate complex marketing concepts in clear, outcome-oriented terms.
  • Quickly assimilates new tools, market dynamics, and client verticals.
  • Partners effectively with internal marketing, creative, and finance teams.
  • Operates with persistence, discipline, and accountability.

Team & Environment

Reports directly into the VP of Sales with oversight by the Chief Revenue Officer.

Benefits & Compensation

  • $90,000 - $110,000 base salary, annually.
