About the Role

Scout Motors is seeking a Sales Operations & Systems Analyst to optimize our sales technology ecosystem, bridging traditional CRM management with modern AI automation. You will own the integrity and efficiency of our Salesforce CRM and MariaDB data integration, empowering our global sales teams with reliable systems and actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Salesforce processes including Pages, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Territory/Role Hierarchies, and User Setup.
  • Support data flow and integrity between MariaDB databases and Salesforce; assist in SQL querying for advanced data extraction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for CRM support channels, resolving technical issues and managing system upgrades.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams, maintaining updated user documentation and video tutorials.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Power BI or similar tools to track KPIs, territory optimization, and sales forecasting.
  • Implement AI-driven tools for predictive analytics and machine learning models to enhance user behavior analysis.
  • Utilize low-code/no-code automation tools like Flow, Zapier, or Make.com to streamline CRM workflows.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights, ensuring technology programs stay at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Partner with global support teams to maintain data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Develop technical guides and maintain a library of standard operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Salesforce.com Administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Excel and Power BI.
  • Salesforce.com Certified.
  • Foundational knowledge of MariaDB or general SQL for data management.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and adapt to change management.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with integrated SaaS platforms such as Marketing Automation, ERP, or Data Warehouses.
  • A strong understanding of emerging digital trends, specifically AI-driven sales tools and predictive modeling.
