Join a small, agile team building tailored Salesforce solutions for US-based organizations in retail, consumer goods, and community services. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a central role in shaping digital platforms that scale, working fully remotely alongside international colleagues and consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on feature planning by sharing technical insights and suggesting practical, scalable approaches
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC
- Configure automation tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to streamline business operations
- Translate requirements into functional solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Conduct testing and debugging to deliver reliable, well-documented features
- Support end-users with training and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud
- Contribute to team retrospectives by identifying blockers and proposing process improvements
- Keep version control and project tracking systems up to date, including detailed PR descriptions and ticket updates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience customizing and optimizing Salesforce for customer service workflows
- Strong command of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning development
- Ability to assess technical feasibility and suggest alternative paths to meet goals
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working asynchronously across time zones
- Self-driven mindset—able to research independently and solve problems proactively
- Organized approach to development, with attention to code structure and documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying scalable platforms in production environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools, administration, and security models
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML handling, and integration patterns
- Background in continuous integration using BitBucket, code reviews, and package deployments
