About the Role

Join a forward-thinking team as a Senior Salesforce Developer, where you'll take ownership of designing and building robust, scalable applications on the Salesforce platform. You'll play a central role in shaping the technical architecture, guiding development practices, and mentoring fellow engineers in an agile healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle for Salesforce solutions, from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance
  • Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs, prioritizing performance and scalability
  • Translate complex business and clinical requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, source control practices, and automated testing frameworks
  • Drive CI/CD pipeline development and deployment strategies using SFDX and sandbox environments
  • Integrate observability practices—monitoring, logging, and alerting—into development workflows
  • Mentor team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep familiarity in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and core CRM functionality
  • Proven ability to lead technical design and architecture decisions in complex Salesforce environments
  • Strong experience with Git-based version control and a preference for programmatic development over declarative tools
  • Expertise in automated testing across unit, integration, and system levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in healthcare or startup settings is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools across the SDLC
