Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior AI Character Creator to shape digital companionship and creative content. You will design, train, and refine hyper-realistic AI characters using state-of-the-art tools, working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and culture.
What You'll Do
- Train and fine-tune AI character LoRAs using tools such as Kohya ss, StableDiffusion, and ComfyUI across diverse models and demographics.
- Test characters extensively to ensure consistency, creativity, originality, and user engagement across both SFW and NSFW experiences.
- Follow release plans to deliver new characters weekly and maintain content freshness aligned with trends and user behavior.
- Research new models, techniques, and workflows to enhance character creation and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other creatives to test new features and ensure cohesive quality across product lines.
- Support interdepartmental testing initiatives and help develop scalable, repeatable processes for character development.
- Track, document, and continually improve workflows to maintain high-quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with AI tools such as Kohya ss, StableDiffusion, ComfyUI, and a variety of checkpoints (e.g., Pony, Flux) used for character LoRA training.
- Strong creative instinct and cultural fluency, with the ability to translate trends and user behaviors into engaging AI character traits.
- Solid familiarity with internet culture and digital communities; confident handling both SFW and NSFW content.
- Strong attention to detail, paired with a readiness to work through repetitive testing cycles to maintain consistency and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent English is required.
- Comfortable working independently, managing structured processes, and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
