What You’ll Do
- Analyze complex business workflows using value stream mapping and the Theory of Constraints to pinpoint critical bottlenecks
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that directly address operational inefficiencies
- Implement advanced AI patterns including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration through secure API integrations
- Establish enterprise-ready AI foundations that promote reusability, safety, and scalability
- Enforce AI governance with prompt injection defenses, output filtering, and data leakage prevention
- Assess emerging AI technologies and define best practices for deployment and evaluation
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models and crafting effective prompt engineering strategies
- Solid background in REST and GraphQL APIs, along with automation tools like Make, n8n, or Workato
- Hands-on integration experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Marketo
- Mastery of RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and reliability
- Strong understanding of secure AI deployment, including data privacy and compliance safeguards
