As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining machine learning solutions that power real-time personalization features. You'll translate business needs into technical designs, build robust data and model pipelines, and ensure high-performance serving of AI-driven capabilities in production.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable ML features by turning business requirements into technical blueprints and production-ready code.
- Collaborate with data science teams to assess feasibility, performance, and scalability of new models.
- Build and maintain both internal configuration APIs and high-throughput serving endpoints.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using modern frameworks and cloud-native tools.
- Monitor model behavior in production, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
- Establish and follow best practices in MLOps and DevOps, including testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Support end-to-end ownership of features, including debugging, documentation, and L3 support for client-facing teams.
- Document technical decisions, code logic, and operational runbooks to ensure long-term maintainability.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Python with experience building and maintaining ML-powered systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, particularly in deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Familiarity with software architecture for scalable APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled development workflows.
- Working knowledge of ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Spark and distributed storage systems.
