Requirements
- 5+ years of professional (non-internship) experience as a backend engineer, preferably in the data engineering or crypto/finance domain.
- Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of backend technologies, including databases, orchestrators, messaging systems, data pipelines, and more.
- Write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
- Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining production systems, ideally within high-growth or early-stage environments.
- Strong fundamentals with a cloud platform like GCP or AWS
- Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT / 12 - 3pm EST
