As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy by transforming raw usage data into meaningful insights. You'll design and refine performance metrics that track active users, feature adoption, and platform engagement, ensuring leadership has the visibility needed to make informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain robust product metrics, including DAU/MAU and feature-level analytics, to monitor platform health and user behavior.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for roadmap planning.
- Create and deliver executive-level reports and interactive Tableau dashboards that track progress against strategic goals.
- Design and manage scalable SQL models in Snowflake to support self-service analytics and ensure data accuracy across teams.
- Establish consistent reporting frameworks that align product, engineering, and finance on a unified view of the customer journey.
- Work closely with analysts in Customer Success, Growth, and Finance to connect product usage patterns with business outcomes like retention, revenue expansion, and pricing effectiveness.
- Document and maintain a centralized data dictionary to promote data understanding and consistency across departments.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics within a SaaS setting.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to product teams, helping optimize user flows, feature engagement, and overall platform performance.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau, with experience building automated, scalable analytics solutions.
- Familiarity working with sensitive data, including Protected Health Information (PHI), and adhering to strict regulatory and security standards in healthcare environments.
- Background analyzing financial metrics, billing data, or revenue cycle workflows in a product context.
- Skilled at breaking down complex, open-ended business questions into structured analyses that guide technical teams.

Compensation & Benefits
The national salary range for this position is $90,000 – $103,000 USD, with additional variable pay potential.
