Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Business Analyst, Finance Systems to focus on Quote to Cash and Go-To-Market analytics. This role is central to driving innovation, optimizing automation, reporting, and compliance by collaborating closely with business and IT teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end Quote to Cash processes and ensure accurate reporting models in tools such as Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Support testing strategies, coordinate UAT efforts with end users, track execution, and present progress metrics to leadership.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality documentation, capturing system configurations, workflows, data interfaces, and end-user training materials.
  • Collaborate on data extraction and conversion with business and IT teams during system changes or vendor transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with Finance SOX controls and safeguard system integrity post-deployment.
  • Provide operational support for current systems, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Manage and prioritize quarterly requests in partnership with business stakeholders, guiding projects through the full systems development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Quote to Cash experience in SaaS finance or related fields within fast-growth, high-volume environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in Snowflake reporting, with strong SQL interpretation and data transformation expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Zuora.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear solutions and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with global teams and external vendors.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with robotic process automation tools such as Automation Anywhere.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI for process optimization and automation.

  • Competitive salary range: $98,900 – $228,700 USD, commensurate with experience, location, and qualifications.
