What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines that deliver real business impact
- Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to translate complex challenges into data solutions
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning systems—from concept to deployment and monitoring
- Improve modeling practices and engineering standards across the data team
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
- Advocate for innovation while ensuring solutions are robust, ethical, and production-ready
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data science within a B2C or B2B environment
- Strong command of Python and object-oriented programming; fluency in SQL and distributed computing tools like Spark
- Proven experience building and deploying models at scale using tools such as Docker, Airflow, and dbt
- Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in agile environments where collaboration and impact drive progress
- Familiarity with cloud platforms—AWS experience is a plus
- Background in gaming or digital entertainment is welcome but not required
Work Environment
This role operates under a hybrid model, based in Bordeaux with partial remote flexibility. You’ll be expected to be in office at least four days per month, with travel and accommodation costs covered.
