We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to join our team, bringing hands-on expertise in developing data-driven solutions for media and advertising challenges. This role focuses on designing, refining, and deploying models that directly influence revenue, inventory forecasting, and campaign planning for media owners and advertisers.
What You'll Do
- Design and enhance forecasting systems for media inventory, impressions, reach, and delivery performance
- Develop predictive models using census-level or panel-based audience data
- Turn business needs—such as pricing, resource allocation, and yield improvement—into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transition models into production systems
- Apply statistical and machine learning methods to large datasets across TV, OTT, and CTV platforms
- Support the creation of AI-powered features in planning and measurement tools
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years in media, advertising, or analytics with a focus on research or data science
- Proven experience building forecasting or deduplication models for media planning or inventory
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience deploying ML models in production
- Background in time-series analysis, regression, probabilistic forecasting, or optimization techniques
- Familiarity with media metrics such as impressions, reach, GRPs, and TVRs
Preferred Experience
- Work with audience measurement systems or cross-platform media data
- Knowledge of supply forecasting in linear TV or streaming environments
- Experience deploying models in cloud-based infrastructure
Work Environment
This is a part-time, hybrid position with team presence in Bangalore, London, and Tokyo. Expect flexibility in scheduling with 2–3 days per week in-office when needed.
