This role leads key financial planning and analysis functions for the North America Commercial Organization within a global industrial technology company. The Senior FP&A Analyst takes ownership of recurring financial reporting, performance measurement, and forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights that guide business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a financial partner to business leaders, providing analysis and guidance on performance drivers
- Lead Annual Recurring Revenue reporting and support contract liability accounting disclosures
- Manage the North America Productivity Dashboard and produce regional and global profitability reports
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the rollout of new financial initiatives across the local FP&A team
- Champion automation, standardization, and simplification of reporting processes
- Respond to ad hoc financial inquiries with clear, data-driven insights
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least four years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and process optimization is essential.
Preferred candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and have hands-on experience with financial systems such as Oracle EPM, SAP, or Power BI. Prior exposure to FP&A functions and project management is highly valued.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence at least three days per week, specifically Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Travel is minimal, with flexibility provided for business-related absences.
