Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable applications. In this role, you’ll work across the entire technology stack, building responsive frontends with React and TypeScript, while developing efficient backend services using Node.js.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain full stack applications with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Design and scale microservices to support growing product demands
- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Work with MongoDB to optimize data models and query efficiency
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Guide technical decisions and contribute to system architecture
- Enforce code quality through testing, peer reviews, and engineering best practices
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and improve output quality
- Enhance system reliability, scalability, and runtime performance
- Take ownership of projects throughout the full software development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering production systems at scale
- 3+ years each with React, TypeScript, and Node.js in senior-level roles
- Proven experience building and maintaining microservices-based systems
- Hands-on work with GraphQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Experience using AI development tools such as coding assistants to improve productivity
- Familiarity with MongoDB, including schema modeling and performance tuning
- Solid grasp of full stack architecture, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead technical discussions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Preferred Background
- Experience in fast-moving or product-driven organizations
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows
- Understanding of API design principles and backend scalability patterns
- Exposure to additional databases or backend frameworks
Work Environment
This is a fully remote, full-time position with structured working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST during summer and 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST in winter. No weekend work is expected, supporting a sustainable work-life balance.
