Staff4Me is looking for a Senior NOC Agent to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality Wi-Fi and television network services for Dish Network. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network health in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze network performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
- Provide real-time support to field technicians, assisting in diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or network engineers as needed.
- Adhere to a rotating shift schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage of the Network Operations.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in the managed wi-fi or satellite television space.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and satellite communication systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Nice to Have
- Additional education in a relevant field.
- Experience with TV satellite equipment and tools (CignalTV, Skycable, GSat, Dish Network).
- Network+ (Net+) certification.
- Meraki ECMS certification.
