What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy that strengthens market position, enhances profitability, and delivers value to customers.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle—from roadmap planning and portfolio optimisation to competitive positioning and range management.
- Identify and advance new product development opportunities using deep market insights and customer feedback.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand on-the-ground needs and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, engineering, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless delivery and operational efficiency.
- Engage with global teams to adapt and localise solutions that drive impact in the ANZ region.
- Analyse performance data to uncover trends, refine strategies, and deliver actionable insights through regular business reviews.
- Champion initiatives that simplify product lines, improve processes, and enhance overall commercial rigour.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three years in product management or commercial marketing roles with a track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate data into clear product strategies.
- Proven experience in managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional initiatives.
