What You’ll Do
- Drive growth across multiple product lines by refining purchase flows to improve conversion, average order value, and product mix across devices and channels.
- Rethink the journey after purchase—designing meaningful touchpoints that increase engagement and unlock new monetization opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to guide products from early concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and market signals to identify gaps, validate ideas, and prioritize experiments.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and partnerships to align go-to-market planning with product development and customer needs.
- Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog grounded in strategic goals, resource capacity, and measurable impact.
- Use prototyping and discovery methods to test assumptions quickly and refine direction based on real-world feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement efforts post-release.
- Serve as the central voice for your product area, ensuring alignment across teams and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Help strengthen product practices across the organization by sharing insights and driving disciplined execution.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of product management experience, with a focus on optimizing funnels, increasing attach rates, or improving monetization in self-serve or product-led SaaS environments.
- A strong understanding of small business owners and solopreneurs, especially those making thoughtful, high-stakes decisions about their ventures.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives across the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Proficiency with SQL, analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Amplitude, and financial modeling concepts.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and balancing input from diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled at defining metrics, interpreting data, and turning insights into action.
- Excellent communicator who can tell compelling stories and translate ideas into prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative—someone who spots opportunities and moves quickly to address challenges.
