Zillion Technologies Inc. is hiring a Senior Profile Developer to join our Retail Bank Technology division. In this role, you will design, develop, and test software solutions with a strong emphasis on system architecture and integration. You will be expected to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural best practices.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Development Team Leader and business stakeholders to clarify and refine project requirements.
- Lead and manage development tasks, user stories, and team activities in coordination with the Development Team Leader.
- Drive team improvements and proactively identify technical or process enhancements.
- Develop detailed technical specifications based on business and functional requirements.
- Write clean, reliable, and well-documented code in MUMPS, PSL, and SQL.
- Ensure code meets security, stability, and confidentiality standards in line with company policies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Track development issues and resolutions using tools such as JIRA.
- Support junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing on the Profile application using MUMPS and PSL.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing banking software, including financial product and reporting systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects and managing technical teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system design and implementation.
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of experience developing Windows-based desktop and server applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Profile Scripting Language (PSL).
- 3+ years working in an Agile development environment.
