As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, you'll play a key role in designing and maintaining scalable systems within a multicultural engineering environment. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering colleagues to define, develop, and deliver robust software solutions that directly impact how organizations manage third-party risk.

What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in computer science, particularly in system design, algorithms, and data structures
- Proven experience developing with Python and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in building and optimizing RESTful APIs
- Comfort with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, and SQLAlchemy
- Experience using AI-powered coding assistants like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as part of daily development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A drive to learn, adapt, and deliver software that users value
