In this role, you will develop high-performance software solutions and scalable components while actively contributing to our development process. What You'll Do
- Develop high-performance software solutions and scalable components
- Optimize existing software with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Actively advance the software development process and standards
- Support colleagues through technical exchange, mentoring, and code reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into clean technical concepts
- Create technical documentation
- Set up and execute test scenarios
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as an IT specialist for application development, a computer science degree, or comparable qualification
- Very good experience in software development
- Relevant experience in agile software projects
- Very good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript and use of modern coding standards
- Clean coding, good understanding of software architectures, Clean Code, CI/CD processes, and automated tests
- Empathy, communication skills, and teamwork
- Very good German and English language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
