Responsibilities
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to architect and implement a robust, scalable system infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to define strategic choices in backend and frontend technologies, DevOps practices, and long-term scalability approaches.
- Enhance current AI-powered functionalities by resolving defects, refining performance, and introducing new integrated features.
- Prioritize patient safety and clinical user requirements when designing and implementing solutions to maximize real-world impact.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of features, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring high standards in code quality, test coverage, system reliability, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, offer constructive code reviews, and support a culture of technical growth and knowledge sharing.
