About the Role
You will drive the evolution of collaboration and communication systems by designing integrated solutions across platforms like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom. You'll partner with teams to identify workflow challenges, build scalable automations, improve system architecture, and ensure operational reliability while promoting engineering excellence through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated collaboration solutions across multiple platforms including Jira, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Zoom, prioritizing user experience and measurable business impact.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using integration tools such as Workato and n8n to connect systems and streamline operations company-wide.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify communication and collaboration pain points, then translate those needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead architectural improvements by reducing technical debt, increasing system maintainability, and implementing long-term enhancements across the technology ecosystem.
- Ensure operational stability of critical services by diagnosing and resolving complex issues, driving process improvements, and maintaining high reliability and performance standards.
- Document and disseminate technical knowledge through clear documentation, presentations, and active participation in the internal engineering community.
- Support team development by mentoring colleagues and providing constructive feedback to strengthen collective capabilities.
