- Demonstrated experience in designing, managing, and optimizing large-scale telecom systems
- Direct hands-on work with platforms such as RingCentral, Twilio, SMS Magic, NICE call recording, and Microsoft Teams telephony
- Proven track record supporting cloud-native communication environments
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and systematic troubleshooting abilities
