Shape the future of mobile gaming as a Senior Unity Engineer on a team dedicated to building and evolving live-service titles. You'll develop core gameplay systems, user interfaces, and backend-connected features using Unity and C#, translating design concepts into responsive, scalable code that reaches players worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement gameplay mechanics, progression systems, and event-driven content for mobile F2P titles
- Build reusable, modular systems that support frequent content updates and live operations
- Integrate animations, UI flows, and visual feedback to enhance player engagement
- Optimize client performance, memory footprint, and load times across a range of mobile hardware
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to ship features efficiently
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting gameplay stability and user experience
- Contribute to code quality through peer reviews and shared engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years in game development, with 3+ years focused on Unity and C#
- Proven track record shipping commercial mobile games, especially free-to-play titles
- Deep familiarity with Unity’s architecture, including scripting, UI, and asset pipelines
- Experience tuning game performance and build size for mobile platforms
- Strong command of Git and collaborative development workflows
- Clear communication skills in English, essential for working with a distributed team
Nice to Have
- Integration experience with backend APIs, analytics, or telemetry platforms
- Knowledge of modern software design patterns and architecture
- Hands-on work with physics, particle systems, or animation tools
