We are building a high-performance multicore in-memory-compute system-on-chip and need a skilled DFT Engineer to lead test architecture and implementation. In this role, you will develop and deploy comprehensive test strategies including scan insertion, ATPG, memory BIST, and fault simulation, ensuring robust silicon validation from design through production.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute DFT flows using industry-standard tools from Siemens, Synopsys, and Cadence.
- Integrate hierarchical DFT structures across complex SoC blocks in close coordination with RTL, verification, and physical design teams.
- Enable efficient silicon bring-up by analyzing test results and refining patterns to improve coverage and yield.
- Drive improvements in DFT methodologies and mentor team members through knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DFT for complex SoC designs.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog, TCL, Python, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of scan architectures, ATPG, memory BIST, JTAG/IJTAG, fault modeling, and gate-level verification.
- Direct experience with major EDA vendors' DFT tool suites.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of IEEE standards 1149.x, 1500, and 1687.
- Familiarity with synthesis and timing analysis workflows.
Work Environment
This position supports flexible working arrangements across Europe. You may work remotely from any European country—including the UK—or choose to relocate to one of our hubs in Italy or the Netherlands. We prioritize candidates based in Belgium or Italy but welcome applications from across the region.
Benefits
